SPECIAL EVENTS - Attention  Senior Adults - Peace Haven Baptist is in Partnership with The Shepherd’s  Center.   PHBC is joining hands with  The Shepherd’s Center of W-S to offer ministry opportunities  for our congregation and the larger Sherwood Forest/W-S  community.  PHBC is the host site for a variety of programs  coordinated by the Shepherd’s Center.  Currently all our events are on Mondays. 
 
· Pilates for  Seniors is offered from 9:30 am – 10:30 am in  the fellowship building.   Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or large towel  for floor exercises as well as something to provide support for the  head /neck – for example, another towel that can be rolled  up.  There is a $40 fee for  these 8 sessions and checks can be made to The Shepherd’s  Center.   The fee  for Shepherd’s Center members is $32.

· Bridge – 12:00 pm in the fellowship building. There is no fee.
  
· Gentle  Yoga is offered from  1:00 pm – 2:00 pm in the fellowship  building.  Come work on  strength and flexibility.   There is no fee.

6:30 p.m. - Salad Supper  Summer Fellowship (please bring your favorite salad)
7:15 p.m. - Adult Choir Rehearsal

15th (Thursday)
10:30 a.m. - Care Team meets
7:00 p.m. - Youth leave PHBC for Putt-Putt

18th (Sunday)
9:45 a.m. - Coffee and Fellowship
